How to Use the Parlay Calculator

  1. Enter the odds for each leg of your parlay (use American odds like -110 or +150)
  2. Click "Add Leg" to include more bets (up to 10 legs)
  3. Enter your stake amount (how much you want to bet)
  4. Click "Calculate Parlay" to see your potential payout and profit

Pro Tip: You can enter odds in American format (e.g., -110, +150) and the calculator will handle the conversion automatically.

What is a Parlay Bet?

A parlay (also called an accumulator or combo bet) combines multiple individual bets into one wager. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out, but the potential returns are much higher than single bets.

Example 2-Leg Parlay:

  • Leg 1: Chiefs -7 at -110 odds
  • Leg 2: Over 48.5 at -110 odds
  • Combined odds: +264 (3.64 decimal)
  • $100 bet returns: $364 total ($264 profit)

Both the Chiefs must cover -7 AND the total must go over 48.5 for the parlay to win. If either leg loses, the entire parlay loses.

Standard Parlay Payouts (-110 Odds)

Here's what a parlay pays if all legs are at standard -110 odds:

Number of LegsPayout Odds$100 Bet Wins
2-Team+264$264
3-Team+595$595
4-Team+1,228$1,228
5-Team+2,435$2,435
6-Team+4,741$4,741
10-Team+91,424$91,424

Parlay Betting Strategy Warning

While parlays offer attractive payouts, they are significantly harder to win than single bets. The more legs you add, the less likely you are to win.

  • A 2-leg parlay with 50% bets has a 25% win rate
  • A 5-leg parlay with 50% bets has only a 3% win rate
  • Books make more profit on parlays than any other bet type

Recommendation: Use parlays for entertainment with small stakes. For serious betting, focus on single bets where you have an edge.

Parlay FAQ

What happens if one leg pushes (ties)?

If one leg pushes, that leg is removed and the parlay continues with the remaining legs. For example, a 3-leg parlay with one push becomes a 2-leg parlay.

Can I mix different sports in a parlay?

Yes! Most sportsbooks allow you to combine bets from different sports. You can mix NFL, NBA, MLB, and other sports in the same parlay.

What's a "same game parlay"?

A same game parlay combines multiple bets from the same game (e.g., Chiefs -7 AND Over 48.5 AND Mahomes Over 250 yards). These often have adjusted odds due to correlation between outcomes.
